The Maxime Pinard gîte is a bright, spacious and quiet house, in the middle of a vineyard itself in the middle of the island of Oléron. The living room is airy and comfortable thanks to the many facilities such as the three sofas, one of which is convertible.
Up to 9 people
The 110m2 house has 3 large bedrooms with double beds, an extra single bed in one of them and a wooden cot in another. Each of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
In summer
In the summer you can enjoy the covered terrace, with a barbecue and garden furniture available, the large, well-tended garden, the nearby cycle path that leads directly to the beaches and the soothing peace and quiet even in the middle of the season.
In winter
The accommodation is very well insulated and heated. Even on grey days, the landscape is magical and when the high season is over, it is possible to see the other tenants of the vineyard: rabbits, pheasants, partridges, swans, deer...

All the equipment for a perfect stay: television, library, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, vitro electric hob, fridge, freezer,... But also a baby kit on request: baby bed, mattress, high chair, changing table and bath. And of course the garden furniture and the barbecue to enjoy the terrace in the nice days.
...in the peace and quiet of the wine estate...
The peace and quiet is guaranteed by the vineyards that surround the gîte. The Pinards have been winegrowers since 1889 and work as a family on the vineyard, which covers more than 100 hectares in the north of the island. For those who are curious, a free visit of the estate is possible.
...and the island of Oleron
In the centre of the island of Oleron, but especially close to the tourist spots, the location of the gîte is perfect for holidays. Next to a cycle track, access to the typical village of La Brée-les-Bains (1.5km) and the beaches (2km) is quick and easy.
