It is a white pineau aged for many years in oak barrels, which gives it a wider range of aromas such as candied fruits, rancio. It is soft and rounded.

Tasting advice:
It can be drunk chilled as an aperitif, and will be worthy of a foie gras, as well as a flaky dessert, but always for a special occasion.
